Bagi mereka yang telah membuat permohonan pada tahun lepas, sila klik butang Pemohon Tahun Lepas – anda akan melihat maklumat yang telah anda serahkan sebelum ini. Anda hanya perlu membuang maklumat yang tidak lagi relevan dan menggantikannya dengan maklumat atau dokumen yang berkaitan untuk tahun ini, contohnya slip gaji 3 bulan terkini, penyata CPF 15 bulan, penyata bank 3 bulan, dll.
Apa yang perlu disediakan?
Dokumen pengenalan diri dan perhubungan seperti NRIC, surat beranak, surat cerai/kematian/dsb (anda dan ahli serumah, jika ada) Bukti pendapatan atau pendidikan seperti slip gaji 3 bulan terkini, CPF statement tempoh 15 bulan, kad pelajar, dsb (anda dan ahli serumah, jika ada) Penyata bank bagi 3 bulan terkini (anda sahaja)

For those who applied last year, please click Last Year’s Applicants button – you will see the information you submitted last year and you just have to remove the outdated info and replace them with the info/documents that are relevant to this year e.g. latest payslip, CPF statements, bank statements, etc.
What do you need to prepare?
Identification and relationship documents, such as your NRIC, birth certificates, divorce/death certificates, etc. (for yourself and members of your household, if applicable) Proof of income or education such as salary slip for the past 3 months, CPF statement of 15 months, student card, etc (for yourself and members of your household, if applicable) Bank statements for the last 3 months (for yourself only)
